How we checked the prices#
We opened each app's live Shopify App Store page on 6 November 2026 and copied its plans. Our fetch showed prices as Canadian dollar estimates, so we converted them to US dollars at the exchange rate printed on the pages, 1 CAD = 0.7134 USD. Apps bill in your store's currency, so your own number can differ by a few cents. We make Binly, so we are not neutral, but every number below comes from a page you can open yourself.

Cheapest by job#
- Purchase orders and receiving only. Stockroom is free with unlimited orders, which is hard to beat. If you want a fixed small limit and a paid fallback, FlowPO and Replenly give 5 free orders a month, and RestockFlow is $9.99.
- Stocktakes by phone. Binly's Free plan covers barcode stocktakes for stores up to 500 products. Above that, Starter is $12 a month for up to 4,000 products. EasyScan's cheapest plan is $9.99.
- Low-stock alerts. Binly's Free plan sends email and Slack alerts. Stockie's alerts start at $4.99.
- Reorder suggestions and purchase orders together. Binly Starter is $12. Replenly, Restockly and FlowPO land between $10 and $19. Sumtracker and Assisty cost more because they cover more channels and reporting.
Where Binly fits, and where it does not#
Stockroom is free and lists unlimited purchase orders, so if purchase orders are your only need, it beats our price. We are not the cheapest for that job, and we say so.
What you pay Binly for is the counting. You scan with your phone, review each difference in units and dollars, and Shopify changes only when you press Apply. The same app then suggests reorders from sales and lead times, builds the purchase order, and receives it by scan. We covered those steps in our stocktake guide and our receiving guide.
Binly is Shopify only, and deep demand forecasting for large multichannel catalogs is outside its scope. If you sell on Amazon or eBay as well, look at Sumtracker or Inventory Planner.
Prices can move#
Listings change, and at least one app prints a different price in its subtitle than on its plan card. Open the listing before you decide. Ours is Binly on the Shopify App Store.

Is there a free Stocky alternative with stocktakes?
Binly's Free plan covers barcode stocktakes and low-stock alerts for stores up to 500 products. Purchase orders start on Starter at $12 a month.
How much does Binly cost?
Free, then Starter $12, Pro $25 and Growth $69 a month in US dollars. Paid plans have a 14-day free trial, and annual billing is two months free.
Which Stocky alternative has purchase orders for the lowest paid price?
On the live listings we checked, RestockFlow at $9.99 and FlowPO at $10 are the lowest paid plans with purchase orders, followed by Binly Starter at $12.
Why do the prices on your page differ from other roundups?
We read each live App Store plan card on 6 November 2026. Third-party roundups and older listings often show earlier prices, and some apps print a different figure in their subtitle.
Does a cheaper app mean fewer features?
Often yes, but not always. Check which plan includes purchase orders, what the order limits are, and whether you need stocktakes, labels or landed cost, since those sit on different plans in different apps.
