Drop your Stocky CSV
Choose one or more files exported from Stocky. The report appears below in a second or two.
Your file never leaves your computer. It is read in this browser tab and nothing is uploaded.
What the report shows
A Stocky purchase order export is a long list of lines, and it is hard to see the shape of your ordering from a spreadsheet. The report turns it into the numbers people usually ask for when they leave Stocky.
- Suppliers: how many different suppliers appear across your orders and supplier list.
- Purchase orders by status: drafts, ordered, partially received, received and cancelled, with the value of each group.
- Open and partially received orders: what you are still waiting on, and what it is worth.
- Top suppliers by spend: where your purchasing money actually went.
- Items with cost history: which products you bought at more than one cost, and how far the cost moved.
Getting your files out of Stocky
In Stocky, open Purchase Orders, click Export All and choose CSV. A single order can also be exported on its own. Stocky shut down on August 31, 2026, so this only helps if you saved the files while it was running. The step-by-step export guide has the details, and the shutdown timeline explains what happened.
How we read your columns
Stocky and other tools name columns slightly differently, so we match headers loosely: PO number or reference, supplier or vendor, status, SKU, quantity ordered, quantity received and unit cost. If a file is not recognised we tell you which columns we found, so you can see what is missing.

FAQ
Common questions
Is my Stocky file uploaded anywhere?
No. The report is built by JavaScript running in your own browser. Your file is read from your computer into the page and is never sent to Binly or anyone else. You can check this yourself by opening your browser's network tab while you use the tool, or by turning off your internet connection after the page has loaded.
Which Stocky files does it read?
Purchase order exports are the main one: the CSV from Purchase Orders and Export All, or a single order exported on its own. It also recognises a suppliers list, a stocktake export and a Min/Max export, and gives a short summary of each. You can drop several files at once.
How is the value on order worked out?
For every purchase order that is ordered or partially received, we take the units still outstanding on each line (ordered minus received) and multiply by the unit cost. If your file has no received column, every unit on an open order counts as outstanding. Drafts and cancelled orders are left out. Amounts are shown exactly as written in your file, with no currency conversion.
Why does a purchase order show an unknown status?
We read the status text in your file, for example ordered, sent, partially received or received. If a PO has no status column or an unusual word, we try to work it out from the received quantities, and if that is not possible we leave it as unknown and do not count it as open.
Stocky has shut down. Can I still export my data?
Stocky was switched off on August 31, 2026 and its APIs no longer respond, so a CSV you saved earlier is the only copy of your history. If you still have those files, this report reads them. Our guide to exporting Stocky data covers what could be exported and what could not.
What can I do with this history afterwards?
You can bring it into Binly. Binly reads the same purchase order CSV, matches each line to your Shopify products, recreates your suppliers and open orders, and waits for your approval before anything changes in your store. See the Stocky alternative page for how the move works.
Keep your Stocky history. Move it into Binly.
Binly imports your purchase order CSV, matches it to your Shopify products and waits for your approval.
